Band 6 – Bailsildon – Counsellor
To carry out weekly urgent and crisis follow up assessments, formulate treatment plans and assess risk. To offer treatment for allocated higher risk/complex patients. To offer supervision to Band 6 workers in the team. To attend/facilitate weekly MDT and team meetings. Take a lead on safeguarding and multi-agency work. Assessment and formulation skills- Experience working in CAMHS – Offering treatment to children, young people and their carers and families. Experience in care planning and risk management.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
