We are looking for an dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor to provide general cover for a secondary school we work with in Basingstoke. These roles are for long-term placements, typically lasting a minimum of one term, with opportunities to extend further based on school needs.
About the Role:
Providing general cover across a variety of subjects in secondary schools.
Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining school policies.
Supporting students’ learning and progress during staff absences.
Building strong relationships with schools and students.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is desirable.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive approach to teaching.
A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
