Reputable organisation based in Manchester are currently in need of a Credit Controller – Start ASAP
Your new company –

This company based in Manchester City Centre is a very reputable business who are in need of a Credit Controller due to business growth, temporary to permanent.

Your new role –

You main duties will be;

Chasing outstanding/upcoming debt via Email and Telephone
Allocating Cash
Solving customer queries
Producing/Providing Customer statements
Escalating issues
Working towards targets and updating reports

What you’ll need to succeed – If you’re interested in this role, the below attributes would be required;

Confident speaking to customers on the phone
Credit Control Experience
Well-organised and self-motivated
Being able to work towards targets
Excellent telephone manner
Knowledge of Excel and MS packages
Strong Analytic skills
