Based in Trafford, our service-based client are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. Offering hybrid working you will work in the office 3 days and at home 2.
Your new role
Working alongside and supporting the Senior Credit Controller you will hold a pivotal role within the business and work with the Credit Controller and the wider team.
A varied role you will be responsible to ensure all due/overdue debts are collected by telephone and email, allocate payments, sending out copy invoices, raise Vat invoices, assist with any customer invoice queries in a professional and timely manner, reconciliation of accounts, sending out monthly statements and general adhoc duties.
What you’ll need to succeed
Credit Control experience, able to manage your own workload
Query management experience, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Excel & Sage Line 50
Able to work to team targets/deadlines
Enjoys working as part of a team
