We are seeking a passionate and proactive Culture & People Partner who thrives in a fast-paced business services environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and nurturing the company’s culture and ensuring the optimal performance of our human resources department.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Culture & People Partner:
Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture.
Implement and manage HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Profile
A successful Culture & People Partner should have:
A proven track record in Human Resources or related field.
A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
