Key duties
Scheduling engineer works
Keeping clients updated with updates
Manage a client ‘ticketing’ system
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Manage the helpdesk’s workflow
Preparing client quotations and supporting with sales administration
What you’ll need to succeed
Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk role
Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential.
