Key duties
Ensuring clients receive a same-day response to all queries
Ensuring client ‘ticketing’ system is clear at the end of every day
Providing full administrative support to the helpdesk and the operations team
Occasional minute taking in client meetings
Leadership and overseeing of the day-to-day running of the office and helpdesk team
What you’ll need to succeed
Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk roles
Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential
