Adecco is currently recruiting for a fantastic full-time opportunity within a thriving e-commerce business based in Liverpool. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor
In this role you will thrive in a fully supported environment, showcasing your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.
Responsibilities:
Providing first-class customer service via emails and phone calls
Handling communication on various platforms including social media
Recording customer comments in the provided database, leaving clear notes
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to address customer queries
Building rapport with customers and delivering exceptional service
Achieving set key targets & weekly reporting on performanceAbout You:
Excellent objection handling skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong rapport-building abilities
Computer literacy (Microsoft packages)
