Customer Service Manager
Location: Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Salary – Up to £43,000 DOE
Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 9am – 6pm – NO WEEKENDS
Are you a driven and empathetic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead a high-performing team of advisors, ensuring outstanding service delivery and compliance across the board.
* Overseeing Team leaders and advisors
* Leading and motivating teams of Customer Care Advisors
* Enhancing service processes and business metrics
* Driving compliance and implementing feedback from industry bodies
* Supporting team leaders and fostering internal development
* Collaborating on IT innovation and system improvements
* Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
* Ensure departmental SLAs are met and regularly reviewed
* Lead recruitment, coaching, and appraisals
We’re looking for someone who is:
* 3 years + Customer Service management experience
* Strategic & Empathetic – able to balance business needs with customer care
* Results-Driven – thrives on achievement and continuous improvement
* A Natural Leader – respected, motivating, and focused on team development
* Problem Solver – energized by challenges and committed to finding solutions
* Organised & Analytical – skilled in planning, KPI analysis, and business intelligence
