We are currently partnering with a leading food manufacturer based in Kent to recruit a talented Customer Technologist. As a Customer Technologist, you will play a key role in building and nurturing strong relationships with customers while supporting the development of new products and solutions that meet consumer demands.

The Role

As a Customer Technologist, you will:

* Act as the technical liaison between the business and its customers, ensuring that product quality and specifications meet customer needs.

* Manage customer relationships and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to develop new products and solve technical issues.

* Review and approve product specifications, conduct product trials, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical challenges related to product performance, quality, and safety.

* Drive continuous improvement in product development to meet evolving market trends and customer preferences.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Technologist will have:

* A strong background in food science, food technology, or a related discipline.

* Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

* Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
