Role Overview:
The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, data-backed digital marketing strategy. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer lifetime value by accompanying our customers as their children grow and ensuring our communications are relevant and compelling, by increasing the ratio of returning customers, encouraging cross-sell into our other brands, and driving profitable growth across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead e-commerce and own the end-to-end P&L across digital channels, including digital/growth marketing, email, lifecycle, advertising, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
Develop and implement strategies for performance marketing, leveraging data and analytics to drive sales and customer acquisition at scale while optimizing ROI.
Establish clear metrics based on data to monitor and report on performance, adjusting strategies as necessary for continuous improvement.
Manage customer segmentation and optimize customer journeys across digital channels.
Devise and test new initiatives and features to meet user needs and proactively measure and communicate results.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and customer lifecycle management.
Proven track record of leading digital marketing strategies at scale across multiple channels (e.g., email, in-app, push, SMS).
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and reporting in a metrics-driven environment. Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
A portfolio of past test execution with well-articulated wins, losses, and learnings.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects across functional teams.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of both strategic thinking and tactical implementation.
Success in this Role:
Success will be measured by your ability to increase the LTV of our customer base, both in aggregate and on average.
