Director of Franchise Success, Travel Industry, London / Hybrid, up to £85k + Bonus. A fantastic opportunity opportunity to provide leadership over franchisee success, sales and corporate account management for this international travel brand.
Director of Franchise Success Responsibilities
A key focus of this role will be to support and grow the Independent Network of Travel Agents and Agencies within the corporate, luxury leisure and entertainment travel sectors.
Create strategies to recruit, attract and retain Independent Agents
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for agent recruitment and new corporate travel accounts.
Identify opportunities for account growth by partnering with individual agents on organic sales development.
Oversee the agent success team, focussing on revenue growth, support and training of the agent network to enhance their own revenue performance and success.
Identify areas of process development to streamline and improve agent efficiency and workflow.
Ensure top corporate / business travel accounts have account management services in place to ensure their retention and growth in incremental revenue.
Oversee the marketing team and the execution of UK campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Director of Franchise Success skills required
5+ years of senior management experience gained in a Travel Management Company.
Experience working with independent network of franchise or partner travel agents/agencies would be preferred
Excellent commercial, sales and client relationship management experience.
Experience of market analysis, managing budgets, creating reports and metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
Flexible to travel on company business and attend industry/networking events.
Director of Franchise Success Additional Details
A basic salary up to £85,000 per annum depending on experience
10% discretionary bonus
25 days holiday + bank holidays
