The Opportunity:
Albany Creek Retirement Village is a friendly and vibrant retirement village, home to over 380 independent living units and apartments. As a Domestic Attendant/Housekeeper, you will ensure the common areas of the village and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and comfortable state.
You will enjoy working in a friendly environment, connecting with residents, and having variety in your day.
This is a permanent part-time position working specific shifts, which can be flexible to accommodate your work-life priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services within common areas, including floors, bathrooms, meeting rooms, offices, corridors, and windows.
- Assist with general housekeeping services, including light cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and changing of bedding.
- Provide thorough service to residents and fellow staff members by attending to resident requests, community emergencies, and general ad-hoc tasks.
- Enjoy building relationships and being a friendly face to residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or laundry service roles (highly desired).
- A current Police Check clearance (required).
- Two COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required).
