Are you an experienced Ductwork Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge? Join a well-established Mechanical contractor based in Kentl, specialising in commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
¢ Oversee and manage multiple mechanical projects from inception to completion.
¢ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
¢ Manage and coordinate mechanical, plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC installations.
¢ Work closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships.
¢ Lead and support project teams, ensuring health & safety compliance.
¢ Prepare and manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
¢ Assist with tenders, procurement, and material sourcing.
About You:
¢ Proven experience as a Ductwork Contracts Manager within the building services industry.
¢ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC.
¢ Experience working within commercial and industrial sectors.
¢ Excellent project management and leadership skills.
¢ Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
¢ Full UK driving license.
