Electorate Adviser

The Electorate Adviser will provide administrative and advisory support to Greens’ Member for Clark, Helen Burnet including responding to enquiries, research and the preparation of documents, organising appointments and events, and maintaining databases.

MAJOR DUTIES

  1. Prepare correspondence, documentation, Right to Information requests and other electorate material.
  2. Undertake research on electorate issues and prepare documents for Parliament.
  3. Respond to and coordinate responses to constituent and stakeholder enquiries and maintain associated CRM records.
  4. Assist in managing the Member’s appointment diary and coordinate electorate appointments, invitations, functions, and donation requests for the Member.
  5. Attend electorate events with the Member and as required, represent the Member at events and meetings on their behalf.
  6. Manage email correspondence as autonomously as possible.
  7. Assist in office administration and management and reception roles, as required.
  8. Other related tasks.
