Here at ISQ Recruitment, we are delighted to support a Suffolk-based manufacturer with their search for an experienced Engineering Team Leader. 

Previous experience of working in food and/or drink engineering would be an advantage, but other sectors may be considered.

Role Overview:

Foster / promote a culture of Continuous Improvement within your Engineering team.
Manage and oversee your Engineering team and Contractors to ensure workload delivery and a successful team.
Lead day-to-day operations, monitor progress, and address any issues.
Develop your team’s performance, ensuring high standards and a focus on safety.
Manage process improvement projects. Key Criteria:

Relevant Degree / equivalent qualification in Engineering
Competent working in both mechanical & electrical heavy engineering
Either possess certificates in, or sound knowledge of Legionella, HACCP, DSEAR, IOSH, NEBOSH
Previous experience in supervising / managing Engineering team(s)
Clear & effective communicator
Solid understanding of industry regulations 
Must have full Right to Work in the UK
Must have full UK driving license & access to own vehicle Package:
