Are you a passionate English Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a thriving secondary school? Dunbar Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated English Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Milton Keynes on a long-term or permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work to support progress and achievement.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and student engagement.
Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
What We Are Looking For:
An English Teacher with a minimum of 6 months UK classroom experience.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students in English literature and language.This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed English Teacher to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.
