My client is a logistics and shipping company with a strong presence across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and Asia, who are looking for 2 Export Co-ordinators to join their team!

💼 The Role:
You’ll play a key role in managing export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

🔑 Your Responsibilities:
✍️Data entry, booking collections & export entry processing
📞 Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service
🚢 Co-ordinating export groupage and full-load movements
🚛 Liaising with transport companies to meet delivery schedules
📧 Monitoring emails
🤝 Supporting the team with various operational duties
🌙 Late finish once a week for loading & customs completion

🎯 What You Need to Be Considered:
✅ Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping
✅ Strong exports & customs knowledge 📦
✅ Ability to meet deadlines ⏳
✅ Computer literate 💻
✅ Great attention to detail 📋
✅ Excellent communication & customer service skills 👥
