We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and compassionate EYFS Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking mainstream primary school in Enfield. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education to our youngest learners, fostering a love of learning from the very start of their educational journey. OFSTED rated GOOD

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils

* Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independent learning and exploration

* Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure individual growth

* Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

* Collaborate with other EYFS staff to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)

* Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development

Desirable:

* Experience with leading or contributing to phonics teaching

* Knowledge of the statutory assessment requirements within EYFS (e.g., the Early Learning Goals)
