Your Role:
🎨 Support the EYFS team in delivering engaging and creative learning experiences.
📚 Work 1:1 and in small groups to nurture early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
🤝 Assist in creating an inclusive and stimulating environment where all children thrive and feel safe.
📝 Observe and track pupil progress, working closely with teachers and parents to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
🌟 Inspire young learners, fostering a love for learning through play-based activities and interactive lessons.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience working with EYFS children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting.
✔️ A passion for early years education and supporting children’s development.
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ Understanding of EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
✔️ A positive and patient approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with young learners.
