The Company
Our client is one of New Zealand’s leading law firms, they are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team located in Auckland CBD.
The Role
As the Finance Administrator you will be joining a wider finance team of an existing team of 6 and will be responsible for effectively managing the day to day accounts receivable function. This is a well rounded and varied role and responsibilities will include:
Reconciliation of general accounts
Allocating receipts from debtors
Process corporate travel transactions
Assist with AP and trust accounting when needed
Handle AR queries
About You:
Experience in an accounts receivable role
Experience in Aderant is ideal but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills
Good attention to detail
