SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnering exclusively with an exciting Redditch based business in the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner.

Having recently undergone implementation of new IT systems, our client are looking to increase headcount and introduce a business partner position into the finance team.

We are seeking a part qualified or qualified CIMA/ACCA accountant with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary £45,000- £50,000 per annum
Please note the role will be based on site due to the nature of the role.

Key duties will include:

– Conduct comprehensive operational analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across various departments and functions and measure performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Operations to gather and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency initiatives.
– Analyse business operations, processes, and costs to provide recommendations for enhancing profitability.
– Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
– Financial Planning and Forecasting
– Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
– Collaborate with stakeholders
