Our Client 
  
We are recruiting a Finance Manager for an innovative data and audience intelligence company based in London. 
  
The Role 

Reporting to the CFO, this role will have ownership of Management Accounts, oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements while overseeing a junior member of staff.
  
Main Duties

Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L forecasts, and budgets.
Oversee payroll, tax compliance (PAYE, VAT, Corporation Tax), and statutory reporting.
Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury functions, maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Ensure accurate financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
Lead process improvements to enhance financial controls and management information.
Management and development of a junior member of staff.
Support the CFO with commercial and financial insights and risk management.   
The Successful Candidate 

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
Strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of UK and international accounting, tax, and compliance regulations.
Experience in cashflow management, reporting, and process improvement.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Ability to work closely with the wider business as well as senior leadership.
