🔨 Finishing Foreman – New Build Housing
📍 Location: Rugby
💷 Rate: £19.50 per hour
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP for 1 month
We’re currently looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a new build housing development in Rugby.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who can ensure the final stages of the build are completed to a high standard. You’ll be working closely with the site team to coordinate snagging, oversee finishing trades, and ensure homes are handed over on time and to spec.
What you’ll need:
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing sites
Strong organisational and communication skills
Eye for detail and quality
CSCS card
Duties will include:
Managing snagging lists and ensuring timely completion
Overseeing finishing trades (painters, joiners, etc.)
Coordinating with the Site Manager and wider team
Ensuring quality control and health & safety standards are met
