As a key part of the team, you’ll oversee projects, subcontractors, and compliance across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring top-tier service delivery while contributing to the company’s ongoing growth.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

🔧 Project & Contract Management – Oversee FM projects and assist with PPM & reactive maintenance contracts.
🤝 Subcontractor Management – Build strong relationships, onboard new contractors, and ensure high performance.
📊 Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor KPIs and create monthly reports with actionable insights.
✅ Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure all work meets regulations and industry best practices.
📆 Preventative Maintenance & Asset Management – Keep records up to date and drive efficiency.
🔍 Environmental Impact & Supplier Management – Assess sustainability measures and coordinate supplier reviews.

📈 What You Bring to the Role:

✔ Trades background (electrical, plumbing, joinery) is ideal but not essential.
✔ Experience in Facilities Management ideally within a supervisory/ management level position.
✔ Strong subcontractor management skills.
✔ Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
✔ Exceptional communication & organisational abilities.
✔ Multi-site property experience (preferred but not essential).
✔ Leadership skills – ability to oversee teams & drive performance.
