About the role
As we embark on a group-wide cloud ERP Transformation project, we are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Architect with deep expertise in HR, Payroll and Recruitment domains to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) solutions. You will work closely with implementation partner, Oracle product team, business stakeholders, technical teams, and PMO team to ensure the successful delivery of ERP transformation project that meet business objectives.

Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for Human Capital Management modules, collaborating closely with implementation partner to ensure alignment with business goals.
Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) modules.
Provide guidance and support to business teams in process design, process improvement, and process management.
Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC modules.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC modules with other enterprise systems and applications.
Identifying areas where the standard Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC functionalities does not meet business needs and defining the necessary customizations.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate business users and team members on Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC functionalities.
Develop and enforce quality assurance processes for all stages of the ERP implementation, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring solution meets business requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flow and configuration guides to support ongoing operations and future upgrades.
Manage relationships with implementation partner and Oracle Product vendor, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and meet project timelines.
Lead the troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC modules to ensure smooth operation of the ERP system.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM updates and trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support the change management efforts of the ERP Transformation project team by working closely with business stakeholders and change management team.
Supporting in setting up the Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Oracle Fusion HCM and ORC modules within the organization for Human Resources, defining best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications
About you
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or Finance.
Overall 10-12 years of experience working with ERP systems.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Architect, with a focus on Human Resource, Payroll and Recruitment domains.
Proven experience in implementing large-scale ERP projects.
Preferred:
Aviation industry experience.
Professional Certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).
Demonstrated experience with project management/Agile delivery/ITIL in a regulated environment.
