General Manager required for a modern 3/4-star hotel in central London. We seek a dynamic and driven Hotel Manager to oversee all day-to-day aspects of this 120-bedroom property, catering to London’s busy tourist and business guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight and support to all HODs.
* Reporting to a Group Head Office.
* Management reporting.
* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of all Hotel operations.
* Ensure a consistent first-class service and ensure that company standards are adhered to.
* Ensure all sales activity is monitored in line with company policy.
* Monitor and comply with all company and legal statutory requirements.
Experience required
* Previous experience as General Manager, Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in similar-sized branded or independent hotel operations.
* Stable career history
