About the Role

As the GM of Architecture, you will take the helm of a diverse team of architects, working collaboratively across multiple business units to create a unified, business-led technology roadmap and strategy. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving alignment across a disparate architectural landscape, ensuring the delivery of cohesive, scalable, and innovative solutions that underpin the organisation’s transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and unify a diverse team of architects, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Develop and implement an overarching IT architecture strategy that supports business objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business units to ensure technology initiatives are business-driven.
• Build a scalable, long-term technology roadmap to support the organisation’s multi-year transformation.
• Oversee the alignment of architectural practices and frameworks across the organisation.
• Ensure architecture solutions are future-proof, innovative, and deliver measurable business value.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior IT architecture leadership role, ideally within a large-scale, complex organisation.
• Expertise in building and executing business-led IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Exceptional ability to unite and lead disparate teams, fostering collaboration and shared goals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align senior executives.
• Experience in large-scale transformations, with a focus on delivering outcomes at scale.
