We’re Looking For A: Generative Search Specialist responsible for optimizing, tracking and reporting AI Generative search and chat results across major platforms. This position requires a profound understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and the application of cutting-edge generative AI tools to augment content relevance and visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing: Employ natural language generation and other generative AI technologies to produce high-quality, pertinent, and captivating content for diverse digital platforms.

Formulate and execute innovative strategies for optimizing Generative Search responses, paralleling traditional SEO techniques for consumer brands.

Develop automated mechanisms for monitoring and documenting Google’s SGE (Search Generative Engine) outcomes for consumer brand and product inquiries.

Collaborate effectively with content creation teams to produce material that positively impacts generative search outcomes.

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of generative content, employing data-driven approaches to enhance search rankings and user engagement.

Implement and refine A/B testing methods to continuously improve generative content strategies.

Provide regular, insightful updates and reports to internal stakeholders about the intricacies of generative search.

Remain current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and generative search technology to constantly evolve and improve strategies.

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.): Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, especially in hypothesizing and testing methods to influence SGEs and LLM Chatbots.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including Python, SQL, and data visualization libraries.

Strong ability to articulate technical concepts and findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

3 years of experience with search engine research and/or SEO

2 years of experience building generative AI and large language models with a deep understanding of how and why they work.

SEO / marketing agency experience; digital reputation management preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science.

Master’s degree, or equivalent related experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $150,000, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.

Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
