Graduate Fire Engineer

Join a leading Fire and Health & Safety consultancy as a Graduate Fire Engineer, working as part of a growing team of eight.

This role offers the successful Graduate Fire Engineer the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors, including new build and existing residential properties, complex high-rise developments, student accommodation, and commercial buildings.

The Graduate Fire Engineer’s Role

Assist in carrying out planned and reactive fire safety assessments, using appropriate evaluation methods to assess fire risks.
Support the preparation of detailed fire safety reports, ensuring compliance with UK fire safety legislation and industry standards.
Provide technical fire safety advice to clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fire regulations, guidance, and best practices.
Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders, offering fire engineering support as required.
Participate in training and development programmes to enhance fire engineering expertise.

The Successful Graduate Fire Engineer Will Have

A degree in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety, or a related discipline.
IFE membership is desireable.
Willingness to travel, with overnight stays as required.
Strong understanding of UK fire safety regulations and technical standards.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
