Rotating Morning / Afternoon Shift (Monday – Friday)

£14.22 p/hour (rising as you become more skilled)

Full Time -Temp 2 Perm

PLEASE READ THE JOB FIRST – SOME EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE IS NEEDED – THIS IS NOT CONSTRUCTION .

A unique role open for grinders to work within a busy engineering company in Rugby.

You will be working on NC controlled grinders, changing the grinding wheel and working with ceramic products destined for the aerospace and defence sector.

There will be drawings to read, production targets to hit and you will be using precision measuring equipment.

It’s a unique role that offers a nice rising pay scale that will increase the more skilled you become.

To be considered: you need to be local to Rugby, flexible enough to work the shift, able to work with basic engineering drawing, understand precision instruments and have some CNC experience .

Candidates that have BTEC in mechanical engineering and are prepared to learn are of interest.

This role offers you:

£14.22 p/hour as a starting salary (rises as you become more skilled).
37 hours paid per week.
