Grounds Maintenance Operative – Full-Time Job in West London
📍 Location: Various parks across West London (Kensington/North Acton)
💰 Pay Rate: £15.51 per hour (including holiday pay) – PAYE
📄 Job Type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break, 8 paid hours per day)
🚛 Must have a Full UK Driving Licence – Company Vehicle Provided

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✅ Grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping experience (preferred)
✅ Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
✅ Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
🌿 Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and strimming
🗑️ Litter picking and general park maintenance
🌺 Planting, weeding, and basic horticultural work
🚶 Maintaining pathways and public spaces
🛠️ Safely operating landscaping tools and machinery
⚠️ Following all health & safety regulations
