Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time and 100% remote position, assisting the Retail Group, Client Money Manager, and Assistant Manager, with all client money activities.

Ensure continued group compliance with the FCA client money rules.
Implement group client money policies and procedures across acquisitions.
Manage query escalation to the Retail Group Client Money Manager or Assistant Manager.
Maintenance of tracking systems and reports.
Review of IBA accounting platforms with major involvement in any future migration/ implementation of new systems, working with business analysts on forthcoming process reviews.
Attend regular review meetings and minute accordingly.
Comply with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements and escalate issues to senior management.
Ad hoc IBA service improvement projects where a benefit to clients/ divisions has been identified
What you’ll need to succeed
Working knowledge of FCA client money rules (CASS 5)
Highly experienced at analysing large amounts of data
Advanced excel skills
Strong communication skills
IBA experience
