Skills & Requirements:

* Valid and current work visa for the United Kingdom

* Proof of qualifications, including NVQ and/or City & Guilds certification in a relevant trade

* Valid CSCS card

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance within a construction environment

* Clean UK driving license

* Experience working on occupied and sensitive sites

* Flexible and adaptable approach to work

* Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship

* Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities

* Excellent organisational and customer service skills

* Ability to provide three professional references
