Responsibilities:

• Analyze the organization’s network and system requirements.
• Research and analyze the network devices, protocols, services, and standards to support network activities.
• Install and maintain network servers and operating systems to ensure backup copies of all files are securely stored at a specific location.
• Troubleshoot problems with network devices and perform updates when required.
• Install, configure, and maintain multi-user software on the servers.
• Administer and maintain end-user accounts, authentication, and permission rights.
• Install, configure, and maintain network communications and other networking devices such as hubs, switches, and UPS.
• Maintain and perform the necessary needs of all network-connected devices.
• Manage security solutions, such as anti-virus, firewall, and intrusion detection systems.
• Install the software, hardware, and other devices to meet the organization’s network requirements.
• Guide the System Administrator in the maintenance of the VOIP system.
