We Are Looking For:
An experienced Property Management Department Head with a proven track record of managing, leading, and mentoring large property management teams. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, highly professional, and possess extensive industry knowledge.
Exciting Opportunity for an In-Office Property Manager!
Join our team as an In-Office Property Manager and enjoy a streamlined role with dedicated offshore support! The only time you have to leave the office will be conducting outgoing inspections, while our expert team handles all off-site property management tasks. Plus, our skilled virtual assistants will take care of backend admin work, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
The Role:

• Managing a self-sufficient team of property managers, leasing agents & BDM
• Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
• Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
• Ensure KPI’s are met across the entire team
• Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings
• Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele
• Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition
• Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
• Analysing & preparing budgets for your department
• You will have a seat at the table! Your opinion will be highly regarded

The Candidate:

• Must have Department Head experience in Property Management
• Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed
• Ability to prioritize your own and your team’s time
• Conflict Resolution – highly experienced with NCAT & Tribunals
• Lead a highly successful department!
• Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development
• Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred)
