Your Role as Head of Geography:
You will be responsible for developing the Geography curriculum, mentoring teachers, and ensuring outstanding student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Leading the Geography department and shaping an engaging curriculum

* Teaching Geography across KS3-KS5, including A-Level

* Organising fieldwork trips, sustainability projects, and extracurricular activities

* Supporting and developing teachers within the Humanities faculty

* Analysing data and implementing strategies to drive student success
