A well-established and growing Sheffield-based homewares business is seeking a Head of Online National Account Manager to take full UK P&L responsibility for the eCommerce channel. This is a key role within a solid, forward-thinking company with ambitious growth plans. You’ll be part of a dynamic European eCommerce team, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will play an integral role in driving the company’s online success.
We’re looking for a highly motivated National Account Manager who can build strong, strategic partnerships with major retail and online accounts. You should have a commercial mindset, a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C eCommerce, and the ability to use data-driven insights to unlock growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Managing Director to achieve sales, margin, and performance targets.

Own and manage customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships
*
Take full P&L responsibility for key eCommerce accounts.
*
Create, maintain, and manage detailed sales forecasts at a line level.
*
Lead range review meetings to expand product listings and market share.
*
Negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the business and its partners.
*
Use data insights to identify opportunities for growth and business efficiency.
*
Ensure best-in-class product content and online visibility.
*
Manage and optimise customer promotional plans.
*
Represent the business professionally in high-level discussions with senior stakeholders.
*
Work cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and drive internal change.
*
Become an expert in the company’s brands, product ranges, and key retail partners.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in an eCommerce NAM/KAM or equivalent role.
*
Strong understanding of eCommerce strategies, sales levers, and best practices.
*
Excellent analytical skills – ability to interpret data and drive action.
*
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
*
Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
*
Ability to present with impact to senior stakeholders.
*
Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.

Solid organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve.
*
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
*
Willingness to travel nationally when required.
