What We’re Looking For:

* Leadership Skills: Experience leading technical teams and driving results through clear communication and delegation.

* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of roofing products, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.

* Experience: Proven track record in managing compliance, technical operations, and product development in a relevant industry.

* Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Chartered status and Project Management certification desirable).
