The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Australia to lead our Delica Australia division. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive commercial success, and lead a high-performing team across both domestic and export markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the Delica Australia team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive commercial success, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Australia, including expansion into new markets.
- Align strategies between Delica Australia and T&G Global to maximise synergies.
- Identify and develop profitable new channels, with a strong focus on blueberries and key produce categories.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key retailers and partners to unlock growth opportunities.
- Play a pivotal role in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and business development initiatives.
About You
You’re a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in fresh produce or FMCG. You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and excel in strategy execution, business growth, and team leadership. You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a deep understanding of the Australian market.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute business plans and drive sustainable growth.
- Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
- A network of relationships within the retail and produce industry.
- The ability to make sound commercial decisions and adapt to a dynamic market.
