About the Role
In this part-time position, you will lead, supervise and educate a clinical team to ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard. You will be accountable for all medication management, maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders, and liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current AHPRA Division 1 registration and CPR certificate (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date (required)
- Experience in Community Care or Retirement Living (desired)
- Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
