Are you an organised and customer-focused Home Ownership Support Co-ordinator looking for a temporary role in the social housing sector? Hyperion Partners is working with a leading housing provider to recruit for this exciting opportunity, where you’ll support homeowners, leaseholders, and shared ownership residents with key housing services.
Role Details
Job Type: Temporary
Location: London Hybrid/Remote Working
Pay Rate: £20-25
Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension.
Start Date: Immediate or as agreed.
Key Responsibilities
As a Home Ownership Support Co-ordinator, you will:
Provide administrative and customer service support to leaseholders and shared owners.
Assist with service charge queries, billing, and payment processing.
Support resales, staircasing, and right-to-buy/right-to-acquire processes.
Maintain and update homeownership records and housing management systems.
Liaise with internal teams, legal representatives, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Support compliance with lease agreements, housing regulations, and organisational policies.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in homeownership, leasehold management, or housing administration within the social housing sector.
Knowledge: Understanding of service charges, leasehold agreements, and housing regulations.
Skills: Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
IT Proficiency: Familiarity with housing management systems (e.g., Orchard, Northgate, Civica) and Microsoft Office.
Attributes: A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on customer service.
