Your Role
You will work closely with the Chef Manager and hospitality staff to deliver great service to our residents. You will oversee all Cafe operations, preparing daily meal and drinks services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring food safety checklists, compliance checklists, and ensuring strict adherence to all OH&S policies. You will also work with residents when they wish to host functions, such as Melbourne Cup and Ladies’ Lunches.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require kitchen and barista skills with working in a cafe environment. A qualification/certification in business, hospitality, or restaurant management is highly desirable. Retirement living experience is also preferred. Barista training or certification is a must, and you will need to hold a current Police Check clearance and minimum two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations.
