Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Housing Services Manager for an established client of ours based in Brent. Our client is an innovative Christian charity that provides specialist housing, care and support services in the community, and targeted advice in prisons, for people seeking to live crime-free.
Location: Acton
Salary: £41,591 + £3,425.39 London Weighting Allowance per annum
Contract: Permanent full time
Hours: 40 hours per week
The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a key part in providing strong Christian leadership and will be required to uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture, aligned with our Christian Identity, and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.
Main duties and responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to support clients in achieving independent and crime-free lives.
Oversee housing services in line with our mission and values.
Ensure effective service delivery for clients managed under MAPPA arrangements via our Ministry of Justice contract.
Recruit, develop, and support staff alongside senior leadership and HR.
Empower clients with knowledge of housing law and essential life skills to sustain independent tenancies and crime-free living.
Provide Christian pastoral support, ensuring a Christ-centred leadership approach.
