Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a great company as they look to recruit a permanent HR Advisor.
HR Advisor
Gainsborough – site based
Up to £35k
Full time and Permanent
The HR Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR Services, including providing best practise HR support and ER advice across the business.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Act as first point of contact to provide high quality advice and guidance to support the management team.
Manage disciplinary and grievance matters from start to finish.
Maintain and update company policies, procedures and best practises.
Creating and delivering relevant in-house training programmes.
Contribute to HR Projects as and when required.
We are looking for:
Proven HR experience gained at a generalist capacity.
Experience gained managing ER casework.
Ideally CIPD qualified.
Good knowledge of Employment Law.
Excellent communication and delivery skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor, or an experienced HR Coordinator looking to take their next step.
