PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful and prestigious Construction business in Coalville with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for circa 6-9 months interim project.
This role can offer hybrid working of 3 days on-site and 2 days home per week.
Description
The role of HR Advisor will be based from the Head Office function and support a number of corporate divisions. It is a busy and generalist role including but not limited to:
Provide HR advice and support to teams across the business.
Support with change management projects
Manage and resolve a wide range of employee relations issues.
Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisory/HR Business Partner role.
