This role offers the chance to work as an HR Assistant in the property industry, where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources department’s daily activities.

Description
Supporting HR-related inquiries or requests.
Maintaining employee records and databases.
Assisting in recruitment processes.
Coordinating HR projects and meetings.
Assisting with payroll processing.
Providing orientations for new employees.
Helping in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Generating reports for senior management as needed.
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
A degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of HRIS systems.
Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
