An HR Business Partner (M&A) is required for an 18-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to support our client in their M&A activities. The role is based in London (Travel to other parts of the UK and Ireland will be required) and will be part of the Human Resources department.

Description

Drive HR strategies and initiatives in M&A activities (TUPE)
Facilitate change management during mergers and acquisitions
Coordinate with different departments for integration processes
Manage HR due diligence and integration planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of HR strategies
Support talent management and succession planning
Lead HR projects as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policiesProfile

A successful HR Business Partner (M&A) will have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and ideally CIPD
Experience in HR, particularly in M&A activities
Strong, recent experience of working on high volume TUPE activities within the UK is essential
Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships
Experience in change management and project managementJob Offer
