HR Documentation and Communications Specialist
6 month FTC with potential extension
Salary: Paying between £80,000 and £100,000

Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days at home
Oakleaf Partnership is representing a global Insurance Organisation with a strong reputation. They are looking for an interim HR Documentation and Communications Specialist to coordinate the development and updating of HR documents, policies, and procedures, ensuring they meet regulatory and compliance needs. You will be delivering a suite of HR documents and reviewing processes involving people engagement ensuring processes are lean, engaging, utilising technology and providing a positive experience for the people involved. This is a fantastic project where you can make a meaningful impact in the organisation’s HR transformation journey.
What is the role
Working as part of the HR Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation’s effectiveness. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing and refining contracts, letters, HR documents, and employee communications to ensure consistency and alignment across the Group, implementing necessary localisations where required. You will collaborate with the project team to support the delivery of HR Operations Strategic Objectives, while working closely with Global HR Policy and Compliance to draft, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Additionally, you will develop and manage communications regarding HR initiatives, policy changes, and organisational updates, ensuring that information is clearly and effectively distributed to employees. Your contributions will also support HR Continuous Improvement efforts by creating training programs on HR policies, compliance, and best practices for managers and employees. Skills & Experience
To apply you must have the above HR policy, documentation and comms experience gained within a large, global matrix financial services organisation
Extensive experience in policy drafting and internal comms
Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment law and HR Best Practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
