Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading real estate firm who are expanding into the strategic consulting services to cater to the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients. As part of its ongoing growth, the HR team is expanding, and they are looking to hire an HR Operations Manager to support strategic objectives and ensure continued delivery of exceptional client experiences.
About the role
– Oversee daily HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits and compensation.
– Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with legal requirements and align with best practices.
– Provide coaching and support to managers, helping them lead their teams effectively and drive performance.
– Serve as a neutral and objective point of contact for employees, addressing all matters with discretion and confidentiality.
– Play a key role in management initiatives such as succession planning, employee development, and leadership programs.
– Partner with the broader HR team to support strategic people-related projects and initiatives.
– Ensure HR administrative processes are efficient, legally compliant, and aligned with best practices, providing timely and accurate HR services.
Candidate Profile:
– Extensive experience as an HR generalist in operational HR roles, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
– Experience leading HR operations in a small but growing organisation, particularly with high-performing and intellectually challenging stakeholders.
– Degree and/or Master’s level education.
– CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
– Exhibits personal qualities such as an ownership mindset, hard work, intelligence, collaboration, integrity, and humility.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
– A pragmatic, calm, and objective approach to work, with highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
